Welcome to our website! As we have the ability to list over one million items on our website (our selection changes all of the time), it is not feasible for a company our size to record and playback the descriptions on every item on our website. However, if you have a disability we are here to help you. Please call our disability services phone line at 330-325-1711 during regular business hours and one of our kind and friendly personal shoppers will help you navigate through our website, help conduct advanced searches, help you choose the item you are looking for with the specifications you are seeking, read you the specifications of any item and consult with you about the products themselves. There is no charge for the help of this personal shopper for anyone with a disability. Finally, your personal shopper will explain our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, and help you place an order if you so desire.

Delivery Times

On special ordered furniture, we will give an estimate of how long it will take the manufacturer to complete your order. An average special order takes about 4-8 weeks. Fabric shortages, backorders, and transportation times may take up to 8-10 weeks. Our office staff will notify you as soon as possible in the event of a delay. We cannot however, make price adjustments or cancel an order due to a delay in manufacturing or shipping. Manufacturer and shipping delays are out of our hands.

Special Order Cancellations

Items not purchased from our showroom or warehouse inventory are defined as special orders. Unfortunately there are NO cancelations or returns on any special orders.

Returns / Exchanges

Floor merchandise may be returned or exchanged upon manager inspection within 3 days of purchase. No damaged/soiled, animal or tobacco use merchandise can be returned. ALL returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. NO CASH REFUNDS – STORE CREDITS WILL BE ISSUED. Adjustable bed bases are NON-REFUNDABLE due to manufactures guidelines.

Clearance / Closeout Merchandise

Sales of clearance merchandise are FINAL. These sales are not returnable or refundable. Items are sold As Is, No Warranty.

Warehouse Storage

Our warehouse space is limited. Please be prepared to accept delivery of your special order or floor merchandise within 2 weeks of its arrival/ purchase. Storage may be arranged for an extended period of time based on warehouse space and manager approval. A monthly fee will apply for items not delivered/picked up within 4 weeks of its arrival/purchase.

Preparing Your Home for Delivery

Please have your driveway/ sidewalk cleared of trip hazards, snow and ice. If you have any animals loose, please make sure they are put away and out of delivery crew’s way. Also have your old furniture/ bedding removed from the room, as well as out of the hallways for easy delivery.
Our delivery crew is NOT permitted to move old furniture/bedding or electronics around the home due to insurance liability. Removal of old furniture/ bedding may be arranged with office staff, see Removal of Old Furniture and Mattresses below. Delivery crew has the right to refusal of delivery and removal of furnishings in UNSANITARY conditions. Health and safety of our delivery crew is priority.

Removal of Old Furniture and Mattresses

Due to COVID-19 Removal and Disposal is currently unavailable.

We will be glad to remove and dispose of your old furniture or mattresses for a nominal fee. We ask that your furniture or mattresses be in clean, sanitary condition and free from excessive pet hair.
Our delivery crew has the right to refuse any furniture that does not meet these requirements.

Scheduling Your Delivery

Delivery appointments are usually scheduled the day prior to your delivery. We will give you a 2-4 hour window for delivery time. Our delivery staff will make every effort to deliver your order within the time frame given. If delays are encountered you will be notified as soon as possible. If the delivery crew arrives at your home for a scheduled delivery and is unable to complete the delivery because no one is home, an additional delivery fee will be charged.

Customer Pickups

Orders may be picked up at the store or warehouse during business hours. We ask that you give a 24 hour notice prior to picking up your merchandise. Promotional items may not be assembled when picked up. Assembly is offered at an additional fee. You will be responsible for providing all necessary moving equipment including blankets, straps and tarps. You are responsible for safe transport and the condition of the merchandise once it leaves our property. A fee will apply to install recliner backs or power cords or assembling of furniture if store personnel has to perform necessary home service.


Each manufacturer has their own warranty guidelines. Typically warranties cover one (1) year on labor and fabric/ leather against manufacturer defects. After one (1) year however, an in-home inspection/ repair fee may be charged depending on the manufacturer’s warranty. Improper usage, abuse or pet damage WILL NOT be covered. ALL CLEARANCE AND CLOSEOUT items are sold AS IS, NO WARRANTY.
